Raw Material Supply System
Suitable for glass fiber fabrics (such as chopped strand mat, woven roving) and resin systems (unsaturated polyester). Equipped with yarn frame, resin stirring tank and metering pump, it precisely controls fiber content and resin to ensure product strength and corrosion resistance.
Continuous Forming Main Machine
One time molding through mold. It is equipped with a PLC temperature control system to realize rapid resin curing, ensuring the dimensional accuracy of the gutter cross-section (tolerance ±0.15 mm/m) and surface flatness.
