Details of Machine
1. Raw material system
This system includes resin tanks(1pc), resin pumps, and a conjoined pump for metering auxiliary.
2. Thickness control system:
This system can control the thickness of the sheet and significantly reduce the bubbles within it in this area. The rollers in this system play the role of eliminating the bubbles.
3. Heating oven:
The heating oven cures and shapes FRP gel coat sheets efficiently with even, stable temperature control. It ensures fast, thorough solidification, improving sheet hardness, flatness and surface gloss. It boosts production efficiency, ensures consistent quality, enhances weather and corrosion resistance, and supports stable, high-speed continuous production.
4. Gel coat system:
This system automatically and evenly applies gel coat onto PET films. It forms a durable protective layer, preventing fading and cracking. Stable output ensures surface finish, greatly enhancing appearance, durability, and market competitiveness.
5. Air cooling:
equipped with air fans to quickly lower the temperature of the FRP sheet and prevent from yellowing.
6. Traction wheel：
Pulling the sheet forward and provide power for the entire machine.
7. Cutting system：
The cutting system accurately cuts FRP gel coat sheets to fixed lengths and sizes with high precision.
