1. Raw Material System
This system includes resin tanks (1pc), resin pumps, and a conjoined pump for metering auxiliary.
2. Thickness Control System
This system can control the thickness of the sheet and significantly reduce the bubbles within it in this area. The rollers in this system play the role of eliminating the bubbles.
3. Heating Oven
The heating oven cures and shapes FRP gel coat sheets efficiently with even, stable temperature control. It ensures fast, thorough solidification, improving sheet hardness, flatness and surface gloss. 4. Gel Coat System
