DNUO Wraps Up China Composites Expo 2026 in Shanghai

2026-09-09

DNUO Technology closed out its time at China Composites Expo 2026 last week, held September 1-3 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. Over the three days, Hall 7H46 stayed busy, with a mix of familiar faces and first-time visitors stopping by the booth to talk shop.

A lot of the conversations were with existing customers checking in — sharing how their lines have been running, what's changed on their end, and swapping notes on output. That kind of feedback is hard to get any other way, and it's usually more useful than anything written in a spec sheet, since it comes straight from people running the machine day to day.

DNUO's engineers spent most of the show walking people through the Fiberglass sheet continuous making machine , answering questions about how it switches between flat and corrugated sheets. A fair number of visitors were looking at moving into new territory — a few asked about translucent roofing panels for warehouse and plant use, and others were interested in corrosion-resistant gutter systems for chemical plants. Those conversations tended to run long, since matching a set of frp sheet machine configuration to a specific output target or material takes some back-and-forth.

Outside the booth, the team spent time walking the floor, checking out what other manufacturers are doing and how they're solving some of the same production problems. It's useful context — seeing where competitors are putting their R&D effort tends to sharpen thinking about what to improve next.

Shanghai's composites show has become one of the fixtures on the calendar for this industry, and this year didn't disappoint. Between the leads picked up and the time spent with longtime partners, there's plenty to work through in the coming weeks. DNUO is already replying to a number of inquiries from the show and putting together proposals for a few customers who want more tailored setups.

With the expo behind them, the team is turning that feedback into concrete changes — some tweaks to existing machine, some ideas for what comes next. Shows like this one are part of why DNUO keeps a close eye on what's actually happening on customers' shop floors, rather than just guessing at what the market wants.
